Christ Community Health Services (CCHS) is a faith-based federally qualified health center (FQHC) rooted in the Memphis community for over 25 years. As an FQHC we are a community-based organization that provides comprehensive primary care and preventive care, including medical, oral, and mental health/substance abuse services to persons of all ages, regardless of their ability to pay or health insurance status. CCHS is excited to announce plans to open a teaching health center family medicine residency program matriculating our first residents in July 2025. We are currently applying for ACGME accreditation.
