Dr. Elise Shockley graduated from UNC Adams School of Dentistry in 2014. She completed an AEGD with NYU/UTHSC in 2015 and then continued to complete CMDA's Dental Residency Plus program. She has worked for CCHS for 8 years, becoming the residency director for the AEGD in 2019. She is a mom of three and her husband is also Dr. Shockley, a dentist. They enjoy outside time as a family and love international culture/food and travel.

Dr. Lauren Vieira was born in Queens, New York. On a mission trip to Guyana, she felt the Lord's calling to become a dentist. She then began praying and pursing the field of dentistry. She obtained her Bachalor's of Science in Biology at Molloy College in 2015, attended dental school at the University of Kentucky, and graduated in 2021. Her passion to marry dentistry and mission work has been aligned with the mission and value of Christ Community Health Services (CCHS). After dental school, she completed her NYU Langone AEGD residency and continued working as a staff dentist at CCHS. She loves interacting with and treating her patients and in her spare time enjoys spending time with friends and family.

Kelly is a Nurse Practitioner at our Broad location. She graduated from Arkansas State University with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree in 2008 and her Masters of Science in Nursing degree in 2015. She has a background working in the Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit and Urgent Care settings. She is certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner through the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Ryan, and their three boys. She especially loves traveling, and watching the Arkansas Razorbacks and Detroit Lions.

Heather Stone is a Vanderbilt grad who has a background in Biomedical Engineering and global health. She enjoys trying to have a whole food plant based lifestyle and to be as active as she can be. Dr. Brandon Todd grew up in Memphis. Dr. Todd feels blessed to be able to serve his community through his work at CCHS. Dr. Todd attended medical school in Memphis and did residency training at the University of Virginia. When he is not at work, Dr. Todd enjoys spending time with family, running, eating fruits and vegetables, getting adequate sleep, and reading the Bible.

Dr. Audrey VanWylen is a board certified family medicine doctor who completed her medical school and family medicine residency training at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, MI. She has been seeing patients at CCHS since 2013. She feels drawn here by the opportunity to serve the Memphis community especially patients that are uninsured or underinsured. She practices full spectrum family medicine, but is also accredited by AAHIVM to provide HIV care and PrEP services and enjoys providing women’s health services including family planning and prenatal care. She is the lead clinician for our Refugee Health Clinic and enjoys welcoming patients from around the world. When not at work, she you’ll find her outdoors with her husband and 3 children, reading books, and exploring all the wonderful things the Memphis area has to offer. One of her favorite Bible verses is Micah 6:8 “He has shown you, O mortal, what is good. And what does the Lord require of you? To act justly and to love mercy and to walk humbly with your God.”

I am a native Memphian and grew up in the Parkway Village neighborhood. After earning my Bachelor of Business Administration from The University of Memphis in 2005, I earned my Master of Arts from Dallas Theological Seminary (2010), my Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Union University in 2019 and my Master of Science in Nursing from Arkansas State University in 2023. I attended First Evangelical Church for most of my life and am currently a member of Renewal Church in Memphis. After spending 10 years in Dallas, Texas, where I met my wife and attended seminary, we moved back to Memphis in 2017. We have two elementary-aged children. My hobbies include reading theology, traveling, cooking/baking, and gardening. On the flip side, I dislike sports, sci-fi, winter, and pop music. I chose Christ Community for the opportunity to blend ministry with healthcare and to serve the underserved population. My favorite Bible verse is Jude 24, 25: ‘’To him who is able to keep you from stumbling and to present you before his glorious presence without fault and with great joy— to the only God our Savior be glory, majesty, power and authority, through Jesus Christ our Lord, before all ages, now and forevermore! Jaclyn Bane FNP-C began working with Christ Community Health Services in January 2024 at the East Jackson location. She graduated from Union University in 2008 with her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing and graduated from University of South Alabama in 2014 with her Master of Science degree in Nursing and she plans to start her Doctorate of Nursing studies in the Summer of 2024. Shanea Hines is a Family Nurse Practitioner who has served at Christ Community Health Services-East Jackson, since June 2022. She obtained her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from Union University in 2008, and her Doctorate of Nursing Practice Degree from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center in 2016, graduating with high honors. Shanea’s focus as a Nurse Practitioner has been Primary Care and Urgent Care. Shanea is a member of Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society, Wellgates Honor Society, ANA, and AANP.

My name is Regina Tignor, FNP-C. I am a Jesus follower and feel my practice of nursing and being a provider is a calling from God. I have been in healthcare for 37 years, graduating from Union University in 1987 with ASN, University of Tennessee at Martin in 1999 with BSN, and from University of South Alabama with MSN, FNP. I have worked as RN in multiple areas such as CVICU, Employee Health, and GI Lab. As a FNP-C, I have worked in Primary Care for the past 9 years with experience in managing Diabetes, Hypertension, Hyperlipidemia, COPD, etc. I am married to my husband, Tommy, of nearly 42 years, a mother of two daughters and have six grandchildren. God has blessed me with a wonderful family, friends, co-workers, and career, which I am very thankful.

I started my career in Maternal Health with special emphasis on high risk obstetrics and gynecology patients. I have served in medically underserved areas including Heath Departments in Northern Mississippi and South Omaha Medical Clinics in Omaha Nebraska working with Family Practice patients as well as OB patients. Since graduating from the University of Tennessee’s College of Dentistry in 2017, he has served several communities throughout the Memphis metropolitan area. M. Darleen Richardson is a Family Nurse Practitioner who follows evidence-based practice guidelines, providing primary and emergency health care services to patients of all ages. Her aim is to deliver high-quality care through effective diagnoses and treatment plans. Darleen earned her undergraduate degree from Fairleigh Dickinson University and a Master of Science in Nursing from Rutgers University. She taught nursing at Howard University for seven years and worked for six years at a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in Washington, DC. Her professional background includes cardiac telemetry and primary care, focusing on preventive care, weight management, nutrition, and chronic illnesses. She adopts a holistic Christian approach, fostering trusting relationships with her patients. In her free time, Darleen enjoys reading, cooking vegan meals, traveling, and gardening. She is also a member of the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing and enjoys playing pickleball.

Dr. Wanda Hall-Myers has been a Licensed Psychologist for over 20 years and has worked in the fields of education, mental health, developmental disabilities, and healthcare. She has conducted psychological assessments, provided consultations, as well as provided therapy for children, adolescents, and adults. She enjoys providing behavioral health services and finds it most rewarding when patients reach their treatment goals and live a more fulfilling life. The University of Memphis is where she earned a Ph.D. in Psychology, and she is committed to being a life-long learner. Dr. Linda Taylor, a native of Mexico City, Mexico, grew up in Laredo, TX. Dr. Taylor attended Texas A&M in College Station, TX, and received her Bachelor’s of Nursing from Texas A&M University in Laredo, TX. While serving her country in the United States Air Force, Dr. Taylor received her first Master of Arts in Health Care Education from Trident University. After her service, Dr. Taylor completed her second Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Mississippi Medical Center, Jackson, MS. Dr. Taylor has cared for patients in a wide scope of practice. Dr. Taylor grew up primarily speaking Spanish in her home. Being bilingual allows her to establish a connection with the underserved Hispanic community, allowing for a personal connection with her patients. After serving the community for five years, Dr. Taylor received her Doctorate of Nursing from Baylor University in Waco, TX. Tara Samples, Ph.D., LCP-HSP is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist and Health Service Provider (TN) and Nationally Certified Health Service Psychologist. Dr. Samples is the Clinical Psychologist at our Raleigh Clinic, a Behavioral Health Team Lead and the Director of the Behavioral Health Training program at CCHS which includes the doctoral psychology residency, postdoctoral fellowship and masters and doctoral practicum students in psychology, counseling and social work. She has a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology and an M.A. in Clinical Psychology from Fielding Graduate University, a M.S. in Professional Counseling from Georgia State University and a B.S. in Human Services from Point University (formerly Atlanta Christian College). She completed an APA Internship at the Charles George Veteran’s Administration Hospital with rotations in Primary Care/Health Psychology, PTSD and Substance Abuse. She completed her Postdoctoral work through the Counseling Center at Lincoln Christian University. Dr. Samples has provided behavioral health care for over 20 years, first as a Licensed Professional Counselor and later as Licensed Clinical Psychologist. Prior to joining CCHS she worked as an Assistant Professor of Counseling and Psychology at Lincoln Christian University. Dr. Samples has worked in inpatient and outpatient, private practice and public health settings in Ga, NC, IL and TN. Her clinical interests are in the areas of social justice in healthcare, trauma informed care, health psychology, resilience in the face of trauma and abuse, and the integration of mental health and spirituality. When she is not in the clinic you may find her spending time with her family, supporting the local music and arts community, or gardening.

Tara Seay is a native Memphian, born and raised. She attended The Central High school, obtained a B.A. in Criminal Justice with concentration in Pre-law from Lemoyne-Owen College, and M.A. in Mental Health Counseling with specialties in marriage and family, crisis management, substance abuse, and forensic counseling. She has worked in several counseling environments such as private practice, community outreach and mental health, residential, in-patient psychiatric assessment center, and in home family therapy. She holds certifications in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Problem Sexual Behavior, Collaborative Problem Solving, Trauma Informed Care, and Adolescent Community Reinforcement Approach for adolescent substance abuse. She is currently the Site Director and Family Therapist of the Family Solutions at the Raleigh Christ Community Clinic.

Lissa “Nikki” Roux has been employed with CCHS for 12 years as a Family Nurse Practitioner specializing in women’s health. Nikki received her RN degree and Masters of Science degree from the University of Memphis Loewenberg College of Nursing. Prior to her time at CCHS, Nikki was a cardiac nurse at Methodist Hospital. She is originally from West Monroe, Louisiana but has called Memphis home for more than 20 years. When she is not working, Nikki enjoys gardening and spending time with her family.

John Scott, DO is happy to meet and serve Christ Community patients through providing full-spectrum family medicine, including care of newborns, children, men and women including care of pregnancy and delivery, all the way to the elderly. He speaks English and Indonesian fluently and is working on learning Spanish. When not at work, you'll find him running, singing, playing piano or guitar, or cooking and eating healthy food with his family.
