At Christ Community Health Services, we believe in working with our patients to meet all of their physical, mental, and spiritual needs. We have Spiritual Health Advisors at most of our health centers who work closely with our providers and staff to offer prayer, support and spiritual encouragement as part of your healthcare. Additionally, we partner with churches and communities of faith near our clinics to provide a bridge for our patients who wish to be connected. Our team is committed to partnering with you to provide permission-based spiritual guidance consistent with our values, mission and passion. If you would like to request a visit with a spiritual health advisor at your next visit, feel free to email spiritualhealth@christchs.org or make the request at the time you set up your appointment.
