CCHS Dental offices care for the entire family. We will see children as young as a year old, and provide for their ongoing care.
Appointment Process
Dental appointments are scheduled at each of our centers (up to) a month in advance. Make a call or text to one of the Christ Community Dental locations to make an appointment. (Dental locations are listed at bottom of the page.)
Insurances Accepted:
We accept Medicaid and most commercial insurances. Please bring your photo ID, medication list, and insurance card to each visit.
We also offer a Sliding Fee Scale, for all patients, based on income and family size. To qualify for the Sliding Scale* Discount, please bring proof of income and along with your photo ID. New or emergency patients should first call the dental center to determine the range of fees that will be required for services received.
