Christ Community Health Services (CCHS) is a faith-based federally qualified health center (FQHC) rooted in the Memphis community for over 25 years. As an FQHC we are a community-based organization that provides comprehensive primary care and preventive care, including medical, oral, and mental health/substance abuse services to persons of all ages, regardless of their ability to pay or health insurance status. CCHS is excited to announce plans to open a teaching health center family medicine residency program matriculating our first residents in July 2026. We received ACGME accreditation October 2024. Family Medicine Residency Mission:

To educate and train generations of family physician leaders specializing in underserved care, in the context of distinctively Christian service. Trainees will be equipped to address health system disparities providing integrated, radically compassionate, cross-cultural, high quality care in Jesus name.
